Best Colorado Beef! So glad we found Prosper Meat. You will never buy beef from a supermarket again once you try them. Easy to find pick up point in Denver so you don’t have to wait for shipping. We will be ordering a 1/2 next time.
We are so pleased with our half a beef. The meat is so tender and juicy even when reheated. Shipping was so easy and the entire process was wonderful. I shopped around a ton and this was one of the most affordable options and I can't beat the quality. We will be doing this each year.

We were so delighted with how delicious it came out after a 12 hour smoke and the little work needed to prep. High quality, well packaged and a great deal.
So far so good. Was a lil disappointed with 1 brisket that was 6lbs - I have to say 25% was a large fat chunk that could have been trimmed a lil thinner.
Overall the meat is delicious!
