FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between grass-fed and finished and steakhouse beef?
Organic Grass Fed & Finished Beef (Certified Organic): Our USDA Organic cattle graze on 100% organic grass from birth, never entering a feedlot. This results in very lean beef with minimal fat, always free of antibiotics and hormones.
Steakhouse Beef: These cattle enjoy a diet of Colorado-grown hay, natural native grass, corn, and distillers spent grain, aimed at producing high-quality beef for steakhouses. Always hormone-free, these cuts bring premium steakhouse quality to your home.
What are the health benefits of eating grass-fed and finished beef?
Grass-fed and finished beef offers numerous health benefits, including higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and CLA, which are beneficial for heart health. It’s also leaner and contains more vitamins and antioxidants compared to grain-fed beef.
